Executive Director / CEO

Provides executive leadership and operational oversight for Caring 4 You and Yours — responsible for compliance, service delivery, staffing oversight, quality assurance, referral relationships, policy implementation, participant safety, and overall program performance.

Key Duties

  • Oversee agency operations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable program requirements
  • Supervise leadership and support staff
  • Monitor service quality and participant safety
  • Coordinate referrals and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure policies and procedures are implemented
  • Review documentation, incidents, and corrective actions
  • Support business growth and program sustainability

Qualifications

  • Leadership or management experience in healthcare, home care, DDA, or human services preferred
  • Knowledge of person-centered services preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to oversee compliance, staffing, and service delivery
  • Collaborative work with participants, families, referral partners, and oversight agencies

RN Case Manager / Delegating Nurse

Provides health-related oversight for participants who require nursing assessment, care planning, staff training, nursing delegation, and monitoring of delegated nursing tasks related to Personal Supports or home care needs.

Key Duties

  • Review participant health needs
  • Develop or review nursing care plans and protocols
  • Train staff on participant-specific health needs
  • Delegate nursing tasks when appropriate
  • Monitor staff performance of delegated tasks
  • Provide follow-up, supervision, and remediation
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director / CEO regarding health and safety concerns
  • Ensure compliance with applicable nursing delegation requirements

Qualifications

  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse license
  • Experience with home care, DD, or community-based services preferred
  • Knowledge of nursing delegation requirements
  • Ability to train and supervise direct support staff
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Chief Financial Officer

Supports financial planning, billing oversight, payroll coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, fiscal controls, and financial sustainability.

Key Duties

  • Support financial planning and budgeting
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow
  • Support billing oversight and documentation reconciliation
  • Coordinate payroll processes
  • Maintain financial reports
  • Support compliance with operating reserve and funding requirements
  • Assist with financial projections and business planning

Qualifications

  • Experience in finance, accounting, billing, or business administration preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare, home care, Medicaid, or human services billing preferred

Provides hands-on Personal Supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings, supporting daily living skills, community participation, personal care routines, safety, independence, and Person-Centered Plan goals.

Key Duties

  • Provide Personal Supports based on the participant's plan
  • Assist with daily living skills and routines
  • Support community participation
  • Assist with personal care when appropriate
  • Document services accurately and timely
  • Report incidents, concerns, and changes in condition
  • Follow participant-specific plans and agency procedures
  • Provide incidental transportation when assigned and qualified

Qualifications

  • Must meet agency and program staff requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Background checks required
  • Required training must be completed before service delivery
  • Person-Centered Plan-specific training required
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required when providing transportation
  • Medication Technician certification required when administering medications or delegated nursing tasks

Provides CNA-level support when participant needs require it — assists with personal care, health-related support, activities of daily living, safety monitoring, and participant-specific support needs under appropriate supervision.

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
  • Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines
  • Observe and report changes in health or safety status
  • Support community participation when assigned
  • Complete documentation accurately
  • Follow agency procedures and participant-specific instructions
  • Maintain dignity, privacy, and professional boundaries

Qualifications

  • Current Maryland CNA certification preferred or required depending on assignment
